Вплив зміни клімату на умови життєдіяльності населення Хмельницької області на підставі аналізу метеорологічних показників за період з 2007 по 2016 роки

Abstract

Розглянуто та проаналізовано середньорічні значення основних метеорологічних елементів, що впливають на життєдіяльність людини за період з 2007 по 2016 рік для Хмельницької області. Для аналізу було використано архіви метеорологічних станцій Хмельницької області на півночі, в центральній її частині та на півдні. Визначена тенденція змін температури, атмосферного тиску та кількості опадів за 10 років, а також прогноз їх змін на найближчі роки. На підставі проведеного аналізу визначено які показники і яким чином будуть суттєво впливати на життєдіяльність мешканців Хмельницької області. Доведено, що навіть незначні зміни метеорологічних показників, що досліджувалися, будуть негативно впливати на відповідні категорії мешканців Хмельниччини, а також, що на території області ці показники можуть відрізнятися й тому потребують конкретного урахування для відповідних районів. На підставі проведеного аналізу змін параметрів температури, атмосферного тиску та кількості опадів опрацьовано пропозиції щодо зменшення негативного впливу кліматичних змін на мешканців області. Отримані результати дослідження дозволяють враховувати кліматичні зміни в Хмельницький області для забезпечення умов життєдіяльності населення а також для прийняття виважених управлінських рішень з цих питань.

Purpose. The average annual meanings of the main meteorological elements influencing the human life expectancy for the period from 2007 to 2016 for Khmelnitsky region have been considered and analyzed. The purpose of the work is to determine the negative effects of changes in air temperature, atmospheric pressure and rainfall, and on this basis, to work out recommendations for reducing this impact. Methodology. During the development of this topic, such research methods as observation, comparison, analysis and forecasting have been applied. Results. The trend of changes in temperature, atmospheric pressure and precipitation amount for 10 years has been identified, as well as the forecast of their changes for the coming years. Based on the analysis it has been determined which indicators and how will have a significant impact on the livelihoods of inhabitants of Khmelnitsky region. It has been proved that even minor changes in the meteorological indicators that were investigated will negatively affect the respective categories of Khmelnitsky inhabitants, and that the indicators in the region may differ and therefore require specific consideration for the certain regions. Originality and practical value. For the first time the analysis of changes in air temperature, atmospheric pressure and rainfall during the last decade in Khmelnitsky region has been carried out. It has been proved that even minor changes in the meteorological indicators that were investigated will negatively affect the respective categories of Khmelnitsky inhabitants, and that the indicators in the region may differ and therefore require specific consideration for the certain regions. Based on the analysis of changes in parameters of temperature, atmospheric pressure and rainfall, proposals have been worked out on reducing the negative impact of climate change on the inhabitants of the region. Conclusion. The results of the study allow us to take into account climate changes in Khmelnitsky region to ensure the living conditions of the population as well as to make balanced management decisions on these issues.
