Структура готовності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи до професійної діяльності

Abstract

У статті відповідно до поставленої мети розкрито структуру та сутність структурних елементів готовності майбутніх молодших спеціалістів сестринської справи до професійної діяльності, до якої віднесено критерії, показники та рівні. Для розкриття мети дослідження використано теоретичний метод – аналіз наукових джерел із проблеми дослідження, метод узагальнення та класифікації. Визначено критерії готовності майбутніх медичних сестер до професійної діяльності: інтелектуально-когнітивний (інформаційний, пізнавальний, орієнтаційний), мотиваційно-ціннісний (вольовий, емоційний, рефлексивний), операційно-діяльнісний (процесуальний, практичний, оцінний). Встановлено, що мотиваційно- ціннісний критерій готовності до професійної діяльності визначає спрямованість на професійну діяльність медичної сестри, інтелектуально-когнітивний критерій забезпечує виконання функції по отриманню, переробці і застосуванню інформації, операційно-діяльнісний включає сукупність професійних умінь і навичок, необхідних для професійної діяльності. Доведено, що інтеграція змісту всіх критеріїв забезпечує процес формування професійної готовності майбутніх медичних сестер в освітньому середовищі медичного коледжу. Розкрито рівні готовності майбутніх медичних сестер до професійної діяльності: високий, середній та низький. Встановлено, якщо два з перерахованих критеріїв розвинені досить добре, і лише один має низький рівень розвитку, готовність до професійної діяльності не можна вважати навіть середньою.

In the article, in accordance with the stated purpose, the structure and essence of the structural elements of the readiness of future junior nursing specialists to professional activity, which includes criteria, indicators and levels, are disclosed. To reveal the purpose of the study, the theoretical method – the analysis of scientific sources on the research problem, the method of generalization and classification – was used. The criteria of readiness of future nurses for professional activity are determined: intellectual-cognitive (informational, cognitive, orientational), motivational-value (willed, emotional, reflexive), operational-activity (procedural, practical, appraisal). It was established that the motivational value criterion of readiness for professional activity determines the orientation to the professional activity of the nurse (reasons for choosing a profession and its satisfaction, a stable interest in professional activity, the setting on productive creative activity, high emotional and willed tone, the desire and ability to overcome difficulties, arising in the process of professional activity, a complex of representations of oneself as a professional), the intellectual-cognitive criterion ensures the performance of the function of obtaining, processing and the use of information (cognitive abilities are included in a more complex functional system that is interrelated with the structure of activity and structure of knowledge that determine the professional competence of any specialist), the operational-activity includes a set of professional skills and skills necessary for professional activity (reflects such characteristics as: observance and protection of the rights of the patient; adherence to the principles of medical ethics, deontological rules and categories; use of all methods of saving life and restoring patient’s health in the shortest possible time and at a high professional level; ability to get out of a conflict situation with dignity, without prejudice to the interests, honor and dignity of another person; care for people: establishment of a favorable psychological climate, contact with the patient, the desire to solve human problems by providing them with assistance in a benevolent manner; intolerance to the manifestation of inhumanity in relations between people; carrying out educational activities on medicine, hygiene, prevention, etc.). It is proved that the integration of the content of all criteria is ensured by the process of formation of the professional readiness of future nurses in the educational environment of the medical college. The level of readiness of future nurses to professional activity: high, medium and low. It is established, if two of the listed criteria are developed quite well, and only one has a low level of development, readiness for professional activity can not be considered even average.
