Тренінг "Я в системі суспільних стереотипів" як метод формування позитивного соціального середовища в інклюзивному класі

Abstract

Одним із дієвих засобів подолання суспільних стереотипів та формування позитивної соціальної перцепції у всіх суб’єктів інклюзії є соціально-психологічний тренінг. У статті описуються результати апробації такого тренінгу в старших класах. Підлітки, завдяки спеціально змодельованим ситуаціям, не просто імітували певне порушення, а відчували на собі усі соціально-психологічні труднощі та неправильні форми поведінки, які в суспільстві застосовують в процесі взаємодії з людьми з особливими освітніми потребами. Одержані результати засвідчили розвиток у старшокласників соціально-перцептивної чутливості; зміни в соціальному уявленні про однолітків з особливими освітніми потребами; усвідомлення своєї позиції у спілкуванні з такими учнями; розвиток вміння й потреби у пізнанні інших людей, гуманному ставленні до них. Дослідженням доведено, що соціально-психологічний тренінг «Я в системі суспільних стереотипів» є ефективним методом формування позитивного середовища в інклюзивному закладі.

One of the important conditions for inclusive education is the creation of a social environment that is positively geared towards children with special educational needs. Realization of this condition is complicated by negative social stereotypes, which is also in schools as well. This problem is especially relevant for teens. A method to overcome this problem is offered by the authors. Socio-psychological training performed tasks: development of socially perceptual sensitivity of students, social representation of peers with psychophysical disorders; the formation of their ability to empathy; awareness of their position in communicating with disciples with special needs; the development of skills and needs in the knowledge of other people, a humane attitude towards them. Specially trained tasks have allowed teenagers to feel the wrong forms of interaction between people and people with special needs. Students were able to understand the physical and socio-psychological difficulties of peers. Formation of positive social perception of persons with special needs, overcoming of negative perceptions about them is an effective result of the research.
