У статті розглянуто аспекти формування правильності мовлення, педагогічні та лінгвістичні умови формування мовленнєвої культури та оволодіння мовленнєвими засобами учнів початкових класів; окреслено шляхи і способи покращення їх комунікативної діяльності та удосконалення практичної підготовленості вчителя до роботи з дітьми.
The article deals with the aspects of speech accuracy formation, pedagogical and linguistic conditions of speech culture formation and the acquisition of speech devices by junior pupils. The ways of improving pupils’ communicative activity and the teacher’s practical preparedness for work with children are given. In the conditions of national and socio-cultural development, the formation of statehood and the democratization of society, the revival of intellectual and spiritual potential of Ukrainian citizens, the expansion of the spheres of functioning of the Ukrainian language as a state one, oral speech culture is of great importance as the most important means of communication, education and comprehensive development of personality. According to the current needs, a number of documents determining the ways of implementing the task in the field of language education have been adopted. “The National doctrine of the development of education of Ukraine in the XXI century” outlines the prospects for further improvement of the educational process and emphasizes that education promotes the formation of citizens’ language culture, language competence and respect for the state language. Consequently, the work aimed at the formation of Ukrainian language culture beginning from the primary stage of secondary school is of great significance, as the linguistic knowledge and speech skills acquired at the junior school age become the basis for communicative perfection and speech normativity. The author proves that in the process of mastering speech skills by junior pupils, it is necessary to introduce scientifically grounded and methodically appropriate pedagogical technology for the formation of speech culture, which includes step-by-step learning of the basic communicative features of speech culture, the rational use of adequate methods and techniques of speech development, the appropriate organization of speech-training activity by means of linguistic support and the system of exercises to increase the efficiency of normative speech acquirement by junior pupils.
