У статті описано методику формування мовленнєвих умінь старших дошкільників та учнів початкових класів засобами ігрових технологій, а також принцип наступності й перспективності у використанні методів і форм навчальної роботи з дошкільниками й молодшими школярами; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови розвитку зв'язного мовлення дітей в мовленнєво-ігровій діяльності.
The article deals with the methodology of formation of senior pre-schoolers and junior pupils' speech skills by means of game technologies, as well as the principles of continuity and perspective in the use of methods and forms of educational work with pre-schoolers and junior pupils. The pedagogical conditions of development of children's connected speech in speech-game activity are substantiated. Communication is one of the first activities to be acquired by a child in ontogenesis; it is a universal condition for the development of personality in pre-school period. In the process of diverse communication within game activity, the child cognizes natural, substantive and social surrounding world in its integrity and diversity; forms and reveals his / her own inner world, assimilates and creates cultural values, while being an active subject of interaction. In the basic component of pre-school education, the aim of speech development of preschool institution graduate is determined as the formed level of his / her communicative competence, which continues to develope in primary school. Teaching of the native language is organised on the basis of personality-oriented approach, which takes into account the child's level of language development and abilities, individual characteristics of each child and stimulates the individual's creative self-expression. Taking into account junior pupils' age characteristics, such as game interests, voluntary behaviour, visual-figurative thinking, practical attitude to solving tasks, it is expedient to use game elements in conversation, independent work, and observations. Child's speech development is the main tool to establish contact with the environment and be involved in the process of socialization.
