Психологічна компетентність батьків вихованців та персоналу освітнього закладу як фактор смислової регуляції мовленнєвої поведінки дитини дошкільного віку

Abstract

У статті представлено аналіз психологічної компетентності персоналу закладу дошкільної освіти та батьків вихованців як фактору смислової регуляції мовленнєвої поведінки дитини дошкільного віку. Висвітлено чинники, що сприятимуть особистісному зростанню і комунікативно-мовленнєвому розвитку дошкільника. Доводиться важливість зв′язку дошкільника з вихователем в період дошкільної освіти, адже найважливішим фактором розвитку мовленнєвої поведінки дошкільника є його спілкування із дорослими. Визначено, що кадровий потенціал освітнього закладу виступає одним з факторів формування життєвих компетентностей дитини, розвитку мовленнєвої поведінки дитини та формування особистості. Встановлено, що взаємини батьків та дітей, характер родинного спілкування, типи батьківського ставлення виступають потужнім фактором розвитку дитини. Доводиться важливість співпраці колективу закладу дошкільної освіти з батьками вихованців, що сприятиме формуванню позитивного психологічного клімату і забезпечить комфортні умови нормальної життєдіяльності дітей в освітньому закладі.

The article analyzes the psychological competence of preschool education staff and parents of pupils as a factor in the meaningful regulation of preschooler’s speech behavior. Factors contributing to the personal growth and communicative development of the preschooler are highlighted. The importance of communicating a preschooler with a educator during the educational process is proved, because the most important factor in the development of a preschooler's speech behavior is his communication with adults, and outside the communication it is impossible to develop specifically human mental functions and personal formation. It has been determined that the staff potential of an educational institution is one of the formation factors of the child's life competencies, development of the child's speech behavior and personality formation. Psycho-competence is an integral part of preschool teacher’s professional competence, it means the successful fulfillment of the obligations, self-knowledge, self-control, effective communication and interaction with others, self-development and self-realization. It has been established that parent-child relationships, nature of family communication, types of parental attitude are a powerful factor in the development of a child's speech behavior. The importance of cooperation between the preschool institution staff and the parents’ pupils is proved, which will promote the development of the child’s speech activity, the formation of a positive psychological climate and provide comfortable conditions for the normal life of children in the educational institution. The educators and the parents united in their activity, they act in the interests of the child, create for her/him the proper conditions for development, and on such relationships depends the success of the personality formation. The interaction in the pedagogical process of the family and the preschool institution that can take a person-centered approach, shape individuality, develop the preschooler’s speech behaviour, activate the creative potential of the child, educators and parents.
