Система професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації індивідуальної роботи з учнями

Abstract

У статті представлено результати теоретичного аналізу наукових джерел з метою уточнення структурних складників системи професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації індивідуальної роботи з учнями. Значні трансформації, які відбуваються у сфері шкільної та професійно-педагогічної освіти, залежать від впливу різноманітних інформаційних потоків, активного і прискореного фізичного та інтелектуального розвитку молоді, сучасних вимог до педагогічних кадрів нової генерації. Врахування таких різноаспектних чинників зумовлює потребу їх систематизації для результативної та цілеспрямованої підготовки студентів у педагогічних закладах вищої освіти. Система професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації індивідуальної роботи з учнями поєднує основні та багатоваріантні складники такого процесу, дає змогу визначити цілеспрямовані взаємозв'язки між ними, що свідчить про її відкритість і дієвий вплив на результативність навчання студентів, не може бути незмінною і стабільною. Структура авторської системи професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до організації індивідуальної роботи з учнями складається з окремих блоків, які постійно доповнюються, видозмінюються, розширюються, трансформуються, вдосконалюються згідно з сучасними вимогами до педагогічної освіти вчителів, збагачуються інноваційними підходами до організації уроків з фізичної культури в школі та потребами врахування індивідуального стану здоров'я учнівської молоді.

The article deals with the results of theoretical analysis of scientific sources with a purpose to clarify structural components of the system of vocational preparation of future teachers of physical training to organization of individual work with pupils. Significant transformations, which take place in the field of school and professional-pedagogical education, depend on the influence of various information streams, active and accelerated physical and intellectual development of youth, modern requirements for teaching staff of new generation. Taking into account’ such multidimensional factors provides necessity in systematization of them for efficient and purposeful training of students in pedagogical higher educational institutions. The system of vocational preparation of future teachers of physical training to organization of individual work with pupils includes basic and multivariate blocks of such process, gives the opportunity to define purposeful interrelationships between them, indicating its patency and effective impact on students’ study cannot be unchanged and stable. The structure of author's system of vocational preparation of future teachers of physical training to organization of individual work with pupils consists of separate components, which are constantly supplemented, modified, expanded, transformed, improved in accordance with modem requirements to pedagogical education of teachers, enriched with innovative approaches to organization of physical education lessons at school and the needs of taking into account the individual health state of pupils youth. The main principles of the developed system are its structuring and connection between components – blocks. The purpose of vocational preparation of future teachers of physical training to organization of individual work with pupils is set in the target block. The scientific approaches and principles of vocational preparation of future teachers of physical training are described in the methodological block. The methodical block of pedagogical system combines the subjects of educational process (instructors and students), educational disciplines, during studying of which was carried out researched and experimental work, set of teaching materials, innovative forms and methods of study, interconnected complex of pedagogical conditions. The resultative block displays the component-criterial structure of readiness of future teachers of physical training to organization of individual work with pupils. The use of system approach indicates the scientific and worldview level of research, promotes the development of adequate, consistent, scientifically grounded pedagogical system.
