Розглянуті клінічні ефекти і передбачувані механізми дії реабілітаційних технологій у хворих з пневмоніями, в тому числі асоційованими з новою коронавірусною інфекцією COVID-19. Найбільш вивченими з фізичних методів, що мають доведений ефект, є фізичні вправи, дихальні вправи, комплексна дія факторів курортної терапії, гідротерапії, що впливають на основні клінічні прояви основного захворювання, астено-невротичний синдром і підвищують імунітет. Запропоновано нові методи для формування клінічних рекомендацій з медичної реабілітації та розглянуті її перспективні методи.
The clinical effects and suggested mechanisms of action of rehabilitation technologies in patients with pneumonia, including those associated with the new COVID-19 coronavirus infection, are considered. The most studied of the physical methods that have a proven effect are physical exercises, breathing exercises, the complex effect of factors of resort therapy, hydrotherapy, which affect the main clinical manifestations of the underlying disease, astheno-neurotic syndrome and increasing immunity. Clinical recommendations for medical rehabilitation are proposed and its promising methods are considered.
