Artistic and magical worlds in fairy tales by Oscar Wilde: interdisciplinary approach

Abstract

The artistic world is the core, which help the text to acquire expressiveness and certain features depending on its characteristics. This tool takes an important place among the components of a literary work. Magical world alongside with the artistic world is the central component of a literary work that includes magical elements to build the atmosphere in the story. This paper examines the concept of artistic world, its main specific features, analyses its different components and their use in fictional text. The aim of the research is to investigate the concept of the artistic world in a literary work and its components, to analyze the author's creation of the world in an artistic work.
