Роль асистента вчителя у створенні інклюзивного освітнього середовища для дітей з особливими потребами

Abstract

У статті представлено роль асистента вчителя в організації інклюзивного освітнього простору. Означено, що інклюзивна освіта дозволяє учню з особливими освітніми потребами (далі ООП) здійснювати навчання відповідно до індивідуального освітнього маршруту, сформованому з урахуванням особливостей психофізичного розвитку. Для реалізації такого індивідуального освітнього маршруту в інклюзивній школі має бути створена низка умов. Однією з таких умов є організація та реалізація супроводу індивідуального освітнього маршруту учня з ООП. Асистент вчителя в контексті організації інклюзивного освітнього середовища виконує ряд ключових завдань. Його роль полягає у застосуванні професійних знань у практичній діяльності, забезпеченні педагогічного супроводу дитини з ООП у контексті інклюзивного навчання, спільному складанні та реалізації індивідуальної програми розвитку, спостереженні й аналізі динаміки розвитку учня, формуванні позитивних взаємовідносин між усіма учнями та виконанні посередницької ролі в сфері виховання та соціальної підтримки. Обов'язки асистента вчителя можна розділити на декілька сфер: організаційні, навчально-розвивальні та консультативні. У сфері організаційних обов'язків він допомагає організувати навчання в класі чи групі з інклюзивним навчанням, надає допомогу учням з ООП у створенні робочого місця, забезпечує безпечні умови освітнього процесу та веде необхідну педагогічну документацію. У сфері навчально-розвивальних обов'язків асистент співпрацює з учителем, надає освітні послуги, спрямовані на задоволення освітніх потреб учнів з ООП, сприяє їхньому розвитку та психоемоційному стану, створює сприятливі умови для виявлення та розвитку здібностей. У консультативній сфері він постійно взаємодіє з батьками, надаючи їм необхідну консультаційну підтримку, інформує команду супроводу та батьків про динаміку розвитку учнів. Отже, асистент вчителя не лише сприяє у навчальному процесі, але й проводить моніторинг розвитку дитини з ООП, інформуючи про це оточення – батьків, педагогів тощо.

The article presents the role of a teacher's assistant in organizing an inclusive educational space. It is noted that inclusive education allows a student with special educational needs (hereinafter referred to as SEN) to study in accordance with an individual educational route formed with due regard for the peculiarities of psychophysical development. In order to implement such an individual educational route in an inclusive school, a number of conditions must be created. One of these conditions is the organization and implementation of support for the individual educational route of a student with SEN. The performance of this function is entrusted, in particular, to the teacher's assistant. The role of a teacher's assistant in the organization of an inclusive educational space can be summarized as that he should be able to: apply professional knowledge in practical activities, provide pedagogical support for a child with special needs in the conditions of inclusive education; together with other specialists, draw up and implement an individual child development program; conduct observations and analyze the dynamics of the student's development; to establish relationships between all students; engage in intermediary activities in the field of education and social assistance. The responsibilities of a teacher's assistant are divided into organizational (helps in the organization of learning in a class or group with inclusive education; provides assistance to students/students with SEN in the organization of the workplace; observes the child in order to study his individual characteristics, abilities, interests and needs; helps to concentrate attention, promotes self-control of the student; ensures, together with other employees, healthy and safe conditions of the educational process and work; maintains established pedagogical documentation); educational and developmental (in collaboration with the teacher/educator, provides educational services aimed at meeting the educational needs of students; provides social and pedagogical support for children with special needs, takes care of professional self-determination and social adaptation; promotes the development of children with special needs, improving their psychoemotional state; stimulates the development of children's social activity, promotes the identification and disclosure of their abilities, talents, gifts; creates educational situations, an atmosphere of optimism and confidence in one's strengths and the future; based on the study of the child's actual and potential development, participates in the development of an individual development program); advisory (constantly communicates with parents, providing them with the necessary advisory assistance; informs members of the support team and parents about the student's achievements). It is obvious that a teacher's assistant is a person who accompanies a student not only in the educational process, but also constantly monitors the state of development of a child with SEN, the level of knowledge acquisition and informs the environment - parents, teachers, etc.
