Ціннісні орієнтації як складова життєвих стратегій особистості

Abstract

У статті досліджується актуальна проблема вивчення ціннісних орієнтацій як складових життєвих стратегій особистості. Стратегії входять в систему орієнтування разом з системами вольового рішення, мотивації, контролю, а система орієнтування, в свою чергу, виконує функцію рефлексії життя відносно його смислу, цінностей, норм. Встановлено, що життєві цінності і потреби, які знаходяться в певній ієрархії, впливають на людину, детермінуючи її поведінку. Даний факт виступає як закономірний результат самої діалектики життя людини, перебудови її взаємовідношень зі світом і, перш за все, з іншими людьми. Визначено, що поняття "життєвих стратегій" включає такі феномени як: 1) спосіб життя, який включений в систему орієнтування за допомогою механізмів сприймання та інтуїції і характеризує емоційну сторону людського життя; 2) смисл життя – цілісне уявлення про фундаментальні основи життя; 3) життєві цінності – виступають як система ідей і переконань особистості відносно повноцінного життя; 4) життєві норми – вимоги до змісту і якості життя, а також стандарти оцінки життєвих подій. Складовими стратегій особистості виступають перцептивні, смисложиттєві, ціннісні, нормативні і цільові орієнтації, які формуються в процесі розвитку особистості і обумовлені специфікою суспільства, в якому особистість розвивається. Зроблено висновок про те, що для реалізації тієї чи іншої системи цінностей необхідна суспільно-політична активність особистості. Саме в діяльності набувають значення для особистості отримані нею знання. Процес формування цінностей відображає смисложиттєву активність особистості.

The components are the individual perceptual strategies, life purport, values, regulatory and target orientation, which are formed in the process of personal development and due to the specifics of the society in which a person develops. It is concluded that the implementation of a system of values necessary social and political activity of the individual. That activity are emerging for the individual received her knowledge. The formation of values is social by nature, closely linked to the nature of the activity and its procedural characteristics indirect communication of the individual with the individual, the formation of values reflects the personality Purport activity (formation of ideals). It is associated with the assessment that accompanies virtually all acts of mental activity of the subject, leading to the formation of subjective image of the objective world.
