Адаптивне навчання студентів професії вчителя: теорія і практика

Abstract

У монографії висвітлені теоретичні й практичні питання змісту й способів підготовки вчителя до реалізації адаптивного навчання учнів середньої загальноосвітньої школи з позицій сучасної фахово‐особистісної парадигми конкурентоспроможності. Адаптивне навчання у ЗВО передбачає формування здатності суб’єкта управління навчанням студентів професії вчителя на рівні прямого й зворотного інформаційно‐комунікаційного зв’язку, що здійснюється в умовах оптимального поєднання активних типів навчання залежно від складності зовнішніх вимог та внутрішніх потреб і реально наявних здібностей учасників суб’єкт‐суб’єктної педагогічної взаємодії. Вперше системно розкрито концептуальні засади та способи реалізації адаптивного навчання студентів професії вчителя. Висвітлено сутність і структуру адаптивного навчання як стратегічної парадигми формування і розвитку адаптивності студента – майбутнього вчителя нової української школи, здатного адекватно реагувати на зміни в соціумі, педагогічній теорії й освітній практиці та приймати продуктивні рішення, корисні для учасників педагогічного процесу, суспільства й української держави. Як дидактико‐технологічна модель поведінки людини в умовах зміни її соціальної ролі у зв’язку з дією нових норм та вимог до неї адаптивне навчання надає конструктивну допомогу людині, завдяки чому вона стає здатною сприймати і реагувати на нові обставини, які творять її особистість. Для вчителів, психологів, викладачів і студентів, магістрів, аспірантів, докторантів педагогічних закладів вищої освіти, системи післядипломної освіти, педагогічних менеджерів різних рівнів управління якістю середньої й вищої освіти.

The monograph covers the theoretical and practical issues of the content and methods of preparing a teacher for the implementation the adaptive teaching of secondary school students from the standpoint of modern professional‐personal paradigm of competitiveness. The adaptive studies in higher educational establishments involves the formation the ability of a subject of management students’ teaching to the profession of a teacher at the level of direct and reciprocal information and communicative connection, carried out in conditions of an optimal combination of active types of teaching depending on the difficulty of both external requirements and internal needs,, and also real capabilities of participants of the subject‐ subjective pedagogical interaction. It is for the first time when the conceptual foundations and methods of implementing the adaptive‐reflexive functions of teaching students the teacher's profession have been systematically revealed. The essence and structure of adaptive learning are highlighted as a strategic model of the formation and development the adaptability of a student as a future teacher of modern Ukrainian school, who is capable of responding adequately to changes in society, pedagogical theory and educational practice, and also of making productive decisions useful for participants of pedagogical process, society and the Ukrainian state. As a didactic‐technological model of human behavior in the context of changing its social role in connection with the action of new norms and requirements, it is the adaptive learning that provides constructive assistance to a person which makes it able to perceive and respond to the new circumstances that make up the personality. For teachers, psychologists and students, masters, postgraduates, doctoral students of pedagogical institutions of higher education, postgraduate educational system, pedagogical managers of different levels of management the quality of secondary and higher education.
