Характеристика посттравматичного стресового розладу у дітей та підлітків

Abstract

У статті розглянуто симптомокомплекс посттравматичного стресового розладу у дітей та підлітків. Описано основні поведінкові, когнітивні, емоційні та соціальні особливості дітей шкільного віку, що мають посттравматичний стрес. Розглянуто формування та прояви посттравматичних розладів у дітей різних вікових груп з позиції уявлень про захисні системи людини та зміни рівнів переважаючого нервово-психічного реагування у ситуації стресу. Деталізовано психологічну картину симптомокомплексу ПТСР та розглянуто психологічні особливості та поведінкові реакції дітей та підлітків свідків травмуючих подій та військових конфліктів. Описано групи діагностичних факторів ПТСР у дітей відповідно до діагностичних критеріїв DSM-V.

The issue of post-traumatic stress disorder in children and adolescents is not well understood. Methods of psychological and pedagogical support in the conditions of school education, diagnostics and psycho-correction, which can be used by a practical psychologist of the school and other pedagogical staff of the educational institution, are not sufficiently developed. The article describes the basic behavioral, cognitive, emotional and social features of school-age children with post-traumatic stress. The author draws attention to the formation and manifestation of post-traumatic disorders in children of different age groups from the standpoint of representations about human protective systems and changes in levels of prevailing neuro-psychological response in a stressful situation, namely: somatovegetative (from birth to 3 years); affective (from 5 to 10 years) and emotionally ideational (from 11 to 17 years). The author examines the physiological study PTR factors in childhood and adolescence in a different aspect of the traumatic stressful events. Postgraduate student details the psychological symptom of PTSD and psychological characteristics and behavioral responses of children and witnesses of traumatic events and military conflicts. Three groups of factors are considered (factors that are important to the injury (premorbid), factors that are important during the injury, factors that are present after the injury) that affect the variety of the clinical picture, the severity of the PTSD, the peculiarities of the course, the success of the correction and therapy in children with post-traumatic stress disorder. The group of diagnostic factors of PTSD in children is considered in accordance with diagnostic criteria DSM-V.
