Методичний інструментарій удосконалення професійної компетентності педагогів дошкільного закладу засобами театралізованої діяльності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі підвищення професійної компетентності педагогів. Розкрито специфіку методичного інструментарію щодо професійного становлення вихователя засобами використання інтерактивних форм роботи. В центрі уваги автора вагоме місце займає роль театральної майстерності, ігромайстерності педагога дошкільного закладу.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the professional competence of teachers in the system of preschool education. On the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the range of professionally significant qualities of a preschool teacher is outlined, direction and content of professional training of upbringer are analyzed, professional requirements are broken down into parts and studied closely: professional mobility, educational and playing skill as creative, original development of personality. The concept of professional “competence” is noted, the question of contextual professional content of professional training of preschool education specialists is actualized, the development of their mobility, individual personal and professional qualities, the formation of inner professional culture and creative skills. The focus of the author’s position takes the role of theatrical skill and playing skill to form professionally creative qualities of preschool teacher. The specific of theatrical action and directorial skills of teachers in organizing the educational process is opened, the notion of theatrical creativity as a pedagogical tool of the preschool specialist is studied, educational value of theatrical activities and various aspects of the theater in the upbringing of the child are proven. From practical experience the effectiveness of professional methodological support and the use of interactive forms of work with teachers in the educational process of preschool institution are proven. The specific of methodological tools as to the professional development of the preschool teacher by means of interactive forms of work is opened, that promotes creative self-determination, orientate the preschool teacher on self-improvement and self-education. The meaningful system of training of preschool education teachers, the formation of pedagogical conditions of practical direction and the work experience on the improvement of the professional competence of the teacher by means of theatrical action are revealed. The example of methodical form of work is given – the author’s studio “The coloration of theatrical art”, a priority direction of which is the use of interactive forms of work with teachers.
