Виселення з Криму за етнічною ознакою

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється трагічна доля народів Криму – вірмен, болгар та греків. Досліджується процес виселення національних меншин та перешкоди в поверненні на Батьківщину. Описується процес зняття звинувачення з депортованих грецьких родин у співробітництві з німецьким окупантам та повернення їх сімей до колишніх осель. Зазначається, що на законодавчому рівні ставилися перепони у питанні повернення греків до Криму та вирішенні їх майнових проблем. Лише з кінця 80-х років та подальшим розпадом СРСР відкрилася можливість для облаштування і розв’язання їх національно культурних проблем. Висвітлюється роль новоутворених в Криму громадських організацій у забезпеченні законних прав депортованих. Зазначається, що масові депортації торкнулися і кримських вірмен, які почали засиляти Крим з XI – XIII ст. Аргументами щодо необхідності їх депортації була діяльність організованого німцями Вірменського комітету та «вірменської релігійної общини», які активно проводили велику антирадянську, шпигунську та підривну роботу. Характеризується процес непростого шляху повернення вірмен у рідні краї. Нелегально повертаючись до Криму вони одразу ж опинялися в полі зору спецслужб. Лише демократичні основи кінця 80-х – початку 90-х років поставили проблеми депортованих у правову площину. Досліджується процес звинувачення у пособництві окупантам і болгарського населення, яке підозрювали у заготівлі хліба та продуктів харчування для німецької армії, вербуванні для роботи у Німеччині.

The article covers the tragic fate of the peoples of the Crimea – Armenians, Bulgarians and Greeks. The process of eviction of national minorities and obstacles in returning to the Motherland are investigated. Describes the process of removing allegations from deported Greek families in cooperation with the German occupiers and the return of their families to former homes. It is noted that at the legislative level obstacles were raised in the issue of the return of the Greeks to the Crimea and the settlement of their property problems. Only from the end of the 80’s and the subsequent disintegration of the USSR an opportunity was opened for the arrangement and solving of their national and cultural problems. The role of newly created NGOs in Crimea in providing legal rights of deportees is highlighted. It is noted that mass deportations also touched the Crimean Armenians, who began to stray Crimea from the XI-XIII centuries. The arguments about the need for their deportation were the activities of the Armenian Committee organized by the Germans and the “Armenian Religious Community”, which actively pursued a great deal of anti-Soviet, spy and subversive work. Characterized by the process of the difficult way of returning Armenians to their native land. Illegally returning to Crimea, they immediately turned out to be in the sight of the intelligence services. Only the democratic foundations of the late 80’s and early 90’s brought the problem of deportees to the legal plane. The process of allegations of aiding and abetting occupiers and the Bulgarian population suspected of harvesting bread and food for the German army, recruiting for work in Germany is being investigated.
